Commercial Painting
Offices, storefronts and common areas, scheduled around the way you operate.
Commercial painting is as much about planning as it is about paint. Tenants, customers and staff still need to get through the building, management has rules about hours and elevators, and some areas cannot be closed at all.
We work through those details first: which areas can be taken out of service and when, where materials are staged, and how each phase is handed back. Then the scope and schedule reflect how your property actually runs.
What is included
- Offices, conference rooms and open work areas
- Retail interiors, restaurants and customer-facing spaces
- Lobbies, corridors, stairwells and building common areas
- Storefronts and commercial exteriors
- Doors, frames, handrails and metal surfaces
- Phased and after-hours work where the scope requires it
Before we start
Share your operating hours, building access rules, elevator and loading-dock reservations, insurance paperwork requirements and any specifications or drawings. A walkthrough confirms existing conditions before the proposal is final.
A good fit for
- Refreshing a lobby, hallways or stairwells
- Tenant turnovers and fit-out finishes
- Storefront and signage-area repaints
- Repainting an office with minimal disruption
Questions about commercial painting
If your question is not here, call (718) 984-0719.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Often, yes. Tell us your hours and building rules, and after-hours or weekend work can be built into the proposal where the scope needs it.
Can you price from drawings or a spec?
Yes. Send the plans, finish schedule and specifications. A site visit is usually still needed to confirm existing conditions and access.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We can coordinate directly with building management on access, scheduling and paperwork so the work fits building requirements.
